Why did you choose the mask to start with ?

The mask has a mystical dimension that we are very fond of, it can embody a lot of things. It is design in order

to not be recognized but not to be left unseen. At first, we were handcrafting venetians masks to echo our

artistic vocation, we had to re-think our idea entirely due to the current pandemic and deliver to customers an

ground-breaking product.

What material do you use for fabrication ?

We use hypoallergenic resin. It is solely destined for skin contact and bringing a great amount of safety to the

users.

Where do you manufacture ?

All of our products are handcrafted in France in the Nord, a region famous for its textile production during the

20th Century.

What are the upcoming products ? 

A Prêt à Porter Collection and new design for our masks.

How are your masks designed ?

First, our masks are printed via 3D for the prototypes. After they are appealing to our vision of the product we

create a mold in order to duplicate them. Our final version is flexible and in hypoallergenic resin to avoid

allergies and humidity problems. The flexibility allows our masks to fit any type of faces.

Is there different sizes of masks ?

Meaning of Dacry

From ancient Greek δά κρυον, dákruon which can be translated as Tear.

How do I wash the mask in itself ?

We recommend to wash regularly your mask with disinfectant wipes.

How should I wear the Dacry Mask ?

For better comfort, we recommend to place the strap on top of your ear and to always put the lining inside your mask

Does the mask fit in a handbag ?

Our masks can fit in a handbag however we recommend to put it inside the travel bag that we provided as well.

Can the mask be personalized ?

We provide a personalization option on each of our masks up to 3 Letters/Numbers.

Is it possible to wear a chirurgical mask under the Dacry mask?

For better comfort we advise you to put the provided lining under your mask.

How long is to assemble one of your products ?

A mask can take up to 45 min to be assembled in our workshops.

How can I place the lining ?

Our linings are magnetic and just have to be put on the magnets inside the mask.
